Senior Production Manager Commercial Post-Production

We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to join our commercial post-production team - someone who can confidently lead projects from the first brief all the way to final delivery

What Awaits You:

• Acting as the driving force behind projects - leading and managing them end-to-end

• Owning timelines, budgets, and delivery expectations with precision

• Communicating with clients, external vendors, and internal creative teams (editing, VFX, grading)

• Ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and keeping everyone aligned

• Overseeing project administration (purchase orders, contracts, invoicing) with attention to detail

• Contributing to campaigns for both local and international brands

What Makes You a Match:

• Proven experience in production within TV, online, or commercial environments (senior-level experience required)

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions

• High level of ownership, responsibility, and a proactive mindset

• Solid English communication skills

• Understanding of post-production workflows (offline/online, VFX, grading) is highly preferred
