Are you an experienced compositor ready to bring your creative vision to the big screen? If so, keep reading! We’re looking for a skilled Senior Compositor to join our team on-site in Bratislava. What you'll do:
Create high-quality image compositing for VFX projects.
Effectively integrate CG elements to maintain the overall look, color balance, and quality of shots.
Collaborate closely with the VFX Supervisors, CG Supervisor and Production team to lead projects and and support on-time delivery.
Support bidding process.
Review and provide constructive feedback on artists' work to ensure visual quality and continuity.
Effectively communicate with artists and the project team to keep them informed of progress, changes and other critical issues.
Set up templates, maintain consistency across shots, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Identify tools and techniques to enhance an already established pipeline.
What Makes You a Match:
While prior experience as a Team Lead Compositor is not strictly required, we are looking for candidates who have shown leadership potential, whether by mentoring junior artists or guiding teams in a senior role on previous projects.
Advanced proficiency in Nuke and strong understanding of compositing techniques including keying, roto, tracking, grading, and integration of CG.
Strong sense of color grading and a good understanding of color-space procedures.
Expert knowledge of compositing as well as integration of 3D elements.
A creative eye and artistic skills with a good understanding of color and lighting.
Good understanding of techniques and technologies related to CG rendering and compositing.
Ability to successfully delegate, mentor and manage people and projects.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical and artistic challenges.
