Quality Control Specialist in VFX
Do you love pixel‑perfect images, clean deliveries, and spotting the tiniest details others miss? Are you equally comfortable judging visuals and checking technical specs? If so, join our VFX team onsite in Prague, Holešovice as a Quality Control Specialist, where technical precision meets artistic excellence.
In this role you’ll be the final set of eyes before delivery - making sure every shot not only looks great, but is technically flawless. You’ll work closely with artists, supervisors, and producers to protect quality at every step.
What you’ll do
Review final VFX deliveries for technical accuracy and visual consistency
Ensure deliveries follow studio pipelines and client requirements
Spot issues early and communicate them clearly and constructively
Work hand‑in‑hand with artists, supervisors, and producers to resolve QC notes
Ensure final VFX files are delivery‑ready with correct formats, resolution, colour, frame rate, and naming conventions
Who you are
You understand the VFX pipeline and how shots move from roto and tracking through compositing
You’re familiar with file formats and colour management workflows (EXR, ProRes, DNxHD, Multilayer EXR, AOVs, ACES, CDL, LUTs)
You have hands‑on experience working in Nuke
You have a great eye and strong attention to detail
You don’t mind watching the same shot again (and again) in the pursuit of excellence
You can clearly describe and document issues so they’re easy to fix
You communicate well and can prioritise fixes with the compositing team
You’re flexible with time when deadlines demand it
You speak English fluently
