VFX Bidding Producer

We’re looking for a VFX Bidding Producer. You’ll work side by side with our Supervisors and Producers, ensuring that our bids reflect both creative ambition and realistic delivery. Teamwork and collaboration are at the core of this role – you’ll be the bridge that keeps the process smooth, efficient, and connected across departments.

This role can be part or full-time, freelance, and remote work is an option as well.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the bidding process – break down scripts, estimate resources, and create bids that balance creativity with feasibility.
• Collaborate with Supervisors & Producers – leverage your knowledge of the VFX pipeline to create smart, accurate bids with the team.
• Support the workflow – align with Producers to forecast resources and optimize bids.
• Handover to Production – provide clear documentation and details so projects can move seamlessly from bidding into execution.
• Keep things connected – maintain strong communication within the team to ensure everyone’s aligned.
• Explore new tools and methods – including AI-driven approaches, to help improve efficiency and accuracy in the bidding process.

Who we’re looking for:

• You’ve prepared bids for VFX projects before and understand what it takes to get them right.
  
• Ideally, you have artistic or supervision experience that helps you see the bigger picture of the pipeline.
  
• You’re highly collaborative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  
• You communicate clearly and can manage multiple projects without losing sync with the team.
• You’re curious about new AI tools and technologies and how they can support the VFX process.
