Talent Scout & Artist Network

We’re looking for someone who will genuinely connect with our studio and be an active face of PFX among talented artists, every new person you bring on board helps us grow and create more amazing work.

We need someone energetic, responsible, and people-focused, who loves connecting with others, brings creative ideas, and finds smart ways to get things done. You’ll juggle multiple tasks, use digital tools efficiently, and never lose that personal touch. You’ll also help with HR PR, showing the world that PFX isn’t just a studio, it’s a place where creativity, energy, and a great team make extraordinary things happen every day.

What you’ll do:

• Network & build relationships – you love talking to people, understanding what drives them, and knowing how to engage the right talent, both candidates and artists, across the studio.
• Proactive talent sourcing – if someone isn’t in your network, you’ll go out and find them creatively and efficiently.
• Manage ATS Teamtailor – you’ll own our ATS system, optimize recruitment processes, and make sure managers and colleagues are fully engaged with it.
• Work smarter with tools – you find ways to streamline processes, handle more tasks, and stay organized without losing the human touch.
• Bring ideas & take initiative – you improve processes and discover new ways to reach the right people effectively.
• HR PR & studio ambassador – you help build PFX’s reputation in the talent community, making sure the right people know who we are.
• Stay proactive & strategic – you know what’s happening around you, plan recruitment strategies, and set the next steps confidently.

Who we’re looking for:

• You’re experienced enough to take on this role and speak English.
• You may have a background in a related field but want to step into HR or talent networking.
• You’re curious, think in context, and understand the bigger picture.
• Building relationships and communicating comes naturally to you.
• You can organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks without stress.
• You enjoy using digital tools to work more efficiently while keeping a personal approach.
• You’re excited to share PFX stories and updates on LinkedIn or elsewhere, helping us grow our network.
