VFX Production Coordinator
We’re looking for a VFX Production Coordinator with strong communication and organizational skills to join our production team on-site in Prague. You’ll work closely with VFX Production, Supervisors, and artists to keep tasks moving smoothly, track progress, and organize dailies and project meetings.

What Awaits You:
- Coordinate daily workflow of the VFX team, ensuring everyone stays informed
- Work with Production and Supervisors to schedule tasks and track progress
- Make sure teams know their daily priorities and deadlines
- Organize dailies, review rounds, and project meetings
- Keep F-Track task statuses and assignments up to date
- Monitor task progress and report issues for quick resolution
- Support production management with reviews and updates
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive working environment
What Makes You a Match:
- Organized, with good task management and scheduling skills
- Postproduction pipeline knowledge is an advantage
- Proactive and a team player
- Good client liaison skills
- Good skills in Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking and understanding English
