Marketing & Communications Manager

We’re looking for a talented and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Prague. If you’re passionate about storytelling, design, and digital marketing and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, this is the role for you!

What Awaits You:

• Act as the brand custodian, aligning marketing, sales, and studio branches.
• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy that supports PFX’s business goals.
• Design and create high-quality marketing materials (presentations, branded content, promotional items, etc.).
• Handle PR & media relations, collaborating with agencies and managing press opportunities.
• Coordinate award submissions and highlight PFX’s achievements
• Implement an internal communication strategy across six international branches, including newsletters, training materials, and employer branding support.
• Create and manage engaging social media campaigns across our branches, aligning content with business goals while monitoring trends and optimizing performance.

What Makes You a Match:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Background or passion for Film, TV, Animation, or VFX preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office & in design software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
