VFX Production Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented VFX Production Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth execution of our VFX projects. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily project management, managing schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time and working closely with the crew and production manager. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that artists have the necessary materials and briefs while maintaining open communication and raising any production issues. What Awaits You:

• Oversees daily artist tasks across multiple VFX projects
• Manages schedules to ensure timely completion of quotas
• Conducts internal reviews and dailies, communicating effectively with various parties
• Ensures clear and prompt dissemination of notes to facilitate action items
• Addresses production issues, escalating to management when necessary
• Collaborates with leads/supervisors to optimize work completion within allocated timeframes
• Updates the Crew Manager and the VFX Production Manager on resource status
• Disseminate information to artists' crew, VFX Production Assistants, and Editorial
• Supports editorial on all data management aspects and prioritizes render farm tasks
