What Awaits You:

• Assign the right artists to appropriate projects, considering their availability and skill set.
• Collaborate with the Head of Production with capacity forecasting and resource planning.
• Oversee internal resource reallocation and manage external recruitment as needed.
• Guide onboarding and train new hires on tools, workflows, and expectations.
• Coordinate projects with respect to artist unavailability to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Regular updates on resource utilization, capacity planning, and project needs to Production and HR.
