What Awaits You:

• Manage financial accounting, budgeting, and cost approval processes.
• Conduct reconciliations and prepare monthly and annual financial statements, as well as audit reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee company statutory documentation and coordinate shareholder meetings.
• Responsible for leading and developing the accounting team, communicating with lawyers, and handling agreements.
• Manage cost control and budgeting.

What Makes You a Match:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing
• Experience with international companies and coordinating with external accountants is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proven team management abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and in a results-oriented manner
• Excellent written and spoken German skills, along with good English proficiency for effective communication in an international environment.
• Advanced knowledge of the use of Excel
