Voices Of Our Team
-
Javi #VFX Supervisor
I started when there were only 30 of us, I was a compositor and worked my way up to VFX Supervisor. I have also made a lot of friends on the team and learned to speak fluent Czech. We work on really good and interesting projects, there is a friendly atmosphere in the studio, we grow both professionally and personally and get paid on time. I feel that PFX is growing really fast, but the original spirit is still here.
-
Marketa #Head of Production
I’ve spent most of my career producing full-CGI projects, and I love the complexity of production and the freedom to create something from scratch. At PFX, I still get to work on complex challenges and workflows, which I enjoy most. What I really appreciate about PFX is the people. Even as we grow, the friendly atmosphere remains, and there’s always room to be heard, learn and grow.
-
Honza #Creative Supervisor
At PFX I have grown professionally and personally in several areas – team work, responsibility, attention to detail… I have gained experience with large projects and clients, the work has also changed my outlook on life and personal development. Even though studio is expanding and growing, we still manage to keep a friendly atmosphere. Together, we celebrate both personal and team successes.

Timea #Compositing Lead
I joined PFX’s Slovak branch almost five years ago. Since then, I’ve worked on projects ranging from on-set supervision and VFX for action films to love stories and full-CGI movies. I’ve met and learned from many talented people, which has helped me grow into my role as a Compositing Lead. What I appreciate most about PFX is the team. It has always felt more like a group of friends than just colleagues.
-
Edoardo #Compositing Artist
I joined PFX in mid-2025, and it’s been a fantastic experience from day one. What I love most is the people and the feeling that we’re all working towards the same goal. There’s always someone ready to help when things get tough, and that sense of community extends across our different studios. It’s helped me grow both as a VFX artist and as a person, while making some great memories along the way.
-
Martyna #CGI Generalist
My favourite part of working as a CG Generalist is building scenes from scratch. I really enjoy figuring out how to make each shot work, from creating environments to setting the mood and lighting. What I appreciate most about the team is the atmosphere. Every idea is welcome, and everyone supports each other in delivering great work, no matter how complex the shot.
